Fast food or junk food is high in saturated fat which is also called bad fat. It increases cholesterol levels and can cause obstruction in arteries. It can lead to heart diseases like stroke or heart attack. Cutting down on saturated fat and doing the workout, can help to lower cholesterol.
Tooth Decay
Carbonated beverages contain high amounts of sugars. For example, one can of coca cola contains about 9 teaspoons of sugar. Moreover, sweet desserts and candies are also high in sugar.
