Nutrition means  غذائیت and written as ghizayat in urdu. It means providing nourishment to the body through diet. It comes from the latin word “nutritio” which later becomes “nutrition” which means to feed and nourish


There are several meanings and synonyms

The process by which organisms eat food and nourish their body. Food contains nutrients that are essential for the growth and maintenance of the body. Without proper nutrients, we can lose body mass and become ill.

Poor Nutrition

Not having enough food and nutrients can lead to poor outcomes and this situation is called poor diet. It also caused by eating high amount of fast foods and high energy foods including soft drinks. 

This situation can cause several problems which are as follows:
